Perfect to celebrate a cyber picnic with my new DT ladies! Have used Inky Impression's 'Birthday Lili' but it can still be a celebration cake to new friends!
I have used kindyglitz on the icing for a little sparkle, spica pen on bobbles and nails, special effects eyes, lips, shoes. Isn't she just a cutie!
