Zoo Scrapbooking Pages using Copics to create the photo background

Hi crafting buddies, hope you are all well.

This is a scheduled post hopefully I have it right this week, when I snuck on at work to check last week, big flap on when it wasn't there, I had only set it for P.M. LOL!
Today for my inspiration over at the Mad for Markers Store Blog I would like to show you how I made my own backgrounds for the photos to match the Bo Bunny papers I have used on the following scrap pages, just looove these papers, just perfect for these photos of Rosanna and her friend Karly taken last July at Werribee Zoo.

Page 2

Sorry for the quality of the photo must have taken 12 shots had to take the photo back off and this was the best I could get, think it must be the white lol!  As you can see I coloured around the edges and created a two tone effect

I then went around the edge with the marker to take away the white edge, I usually use a marker on the photos too especially after using a corner punch.  This photo was tricky camera in one hand, marker and paper in the other lol!

I usually use a marker on the edges of the photos too especially after using a corner punch, like on this photo with round edges. Just love this photo!

Copics Used

Hi Everyone

I have tried a new colour hair combo

I dotted gold spica in the beer for bubble effect, then added special effects to the pots, also her eyes, ear-ring and the trinket on the necklace the wooden numbers were coloured using a clear Gelly Roll Pen

Liebster Blog Award

Hi all

I recently discovered a new blogger and we became followers and the next thing I get is this lovely award, I love blog land (would love to spend more time drooling over the gorgeous inspiration I see when I visit lol), but most of all I love being amongst the friendliest and nicest people around.
People who generously share their artistry and ideas with each other and who you probably wouldn't even know you if they passed you in the street but here in blogland they become your best friends! I love how the internet can do that.

The lovely talented Kasey has passed this award onto me

I did a little research and Liebster is German and translates to the English word “dearest”or” favorite”.  It’s meant for up-and-coming blogs with less than "200 followers".  You need to pass the award onto five bloggers and let them know.  I would like to pass this award on to the following inspriational blogs, hope you can check out their beautiful work.

This is the hardest part passing the award on but these are the ladies I would like to pass it on to:

Ashlee http://ashleescreations.blogspot.com.au/  - I love her gorgeous colouring and creations

Davi - http://alstromeriaartistry.blogspot.com.au/ - I love the variety of gorgeous flowers she creates

Merry  http://merrymadecardscrafts.blogspot.com.au/  -  I love the variety of inspirational creations and personal photos of travels etc

Samantha  http://craftychickcards.blogspot.com.au/  -  Our newest addition to the M4M, more beautiful colouring and creations

Sandy  http://joy-sandyscreations.blogspot.com.au/  -  I love her beautiful colouring and creations

Thanks for stopping by, happy crafting, take careX:)
