Finally a card using Some Odd Girl Royal

Hi all, finally a card, did you miss me:)  Between work, family, other stuff happening and my mojo going on holiday, I haven't paper crafted or blogged anything like I would have liked!!  So hoping to remedy that and catch up with you soon.  Hope you and your families are all well.
Today for my inspiration over at the Mad for Markers Store Blog I have used the gorgeous Royal from Some Odd Girl available from the store here, she comes with a crown, sentiment and banner stamp all of which I have used.
It was great to craft again and I had a lots of fun creating this card, tried a few different techniques new to me as well as using lots of pearls and flowers.

I stamped Royal using Lulu Lavender Memento, then I outlined her dress with my new Multiliner 0.3 PURPLE (a wonderful gift from a lovely friend, thankyou).  I thought it would be fun to have pink hair with added pearls (like those fancy pins you get for your hair), I slit her hair to place the crown coloured with spicas and added special effects.  I also used the sepia multiliner to outline some of the face and black multiliner to the eyes and lashes (which were a fiddle to cut round lol).  Sprayed her with Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer mist. Added pearls to the birds and flowers.

The banner was stamped with Lulu Lavender Momento ink and black memento for the sentiment.
One of my first tries at crocheting a flower, the pearl flower and butterfly are made using a template.  Got the gorgeous pearl flower ribbon from my local craft store.

Copics, spicas, multiliners used as well as a huge selection of stamps, papers, digi images are all available from our Mad for Markers Store

Skin/Face - E000, E00, E01, E11, R20, E33, E37, multi liner Black and Sepia, Spica Lavender
Hair - RV10, RV11, RV13, RV14
Dress - V01, V12, V15, V17 and the new multiliner Purple (part of the brights set available here)
AND the colourless blender for correction and to blend out some of the colour in the dress and hair
BV08 and RV14 to colour some of the cream half pearls to match

Paper 6" Paper Pad La-Di-Da Collection and SS card stock.

We would love to see your creations in our Mad for Markers Colour Challenge to use either B, BG or BV or all if you wish.

Three generations baking a special cake together

Hi all, hope you are all well, life has certainly been very busy here lately, but did get time to play on Sunday and had another go at a scrap booking page, this is the day before Rosanna's 11th Birthday (she is now 14, way behind lol, she is taller than the oven now!), with her Aunty Jen and her granny (Jen's and Edward's Mum) when they were here on holiday.  As you can image it was a very special cake.
Also so chuffed got picked as a Some Odd Girl Fav for my Mooey Slippers, WOO HOO, thanks girls, hello to my newest followers can't believe I am at 200!!  Couldn't visit you all as some didn't have blog links.

Anyway onto my inspiration over at the Mad for Markers Store Blog I made this page using Tiny Baker Tia, I just loove her she is so cute and from Some Odd Girl and is available from the M4M Store here.
Scrapbook Sisters have a challenge to stamp some of your background and thankfully you have a month, so this gave me time to play lol!  I have also followed Some Odd Girl's Sketch.  The photo is not the best as I took it with my phone at the time (you can actually see my reflection in the oven lol)
Sorry it is not a good photo, didn't matter how many I took lol!  I think it is because it is 12 x 12?

A closer look at the spicas, special effects, dazzling diamonds glimmer mist, I also made a frame of SU blue glitter around the photo, for extra sparkle!  There are lots of rhinestones added to the papers, ribbon etc,

Just love this beautiful sentiment from LOTV, which I bought with my voucher from Lorraine (thanks again Lorraine)

I made this card for My DH whose Birthday is today (X:)), he has a sweet tooth and loves homemade baking, so with a little imagination, image a slimmer, younger me lol presenting him with a cupcake lol!  (Morgan says it is too girly for his dad but gonna take the chance lol).

All the edges have been distressed, got to get one of those gadgets, instead of using scissors lol!

I placed one of the sentiment from this set on the inside, the dotted paper is handmade in India it has such a lovely feel to it.

Warm Wishes Tia Non Traditional colour Christmas Card with Shrink Plastic Sentiment

Hi all, hope you are all well, running a little late, the camera was at work, took the card into work and couldn't find the cable to connect to the computer, so brought her back home again lol!  Today for my inspiration post over on the Mad for Markers Store Blog I have used the gorgeous Some Odd Girls Stamp 'Warm Wishes Tia'  set which comes with a cute penguin, sentiments and presents, now available from Sammi.  She is coloured with some of my new favourate copic colours.   Kindyglitz Glitter around the edges and in places on embossed background, which is metallic card.

A closer look at all the sparkle, she was also sprayed with glimmermist after I cut her out and glossy accents on eyes, bell and shoes.

Had a little play with the shrink plastic as I had an idea to make a tag/label using it and this is some of what I came up with, on the card I coloured the edge with Copic V09 and punched a hole for the twine.  Below are a few different variations, if you click on the photo, you can see the writing is very clear.  Need some different coloured inks pads now.

Papers are mainly Kasiercraft from the 'Dear Santa Collection'.  Sentiment SU 'Many Merry Messages'.
